At Chiguru Farms, we curate a range of engaging activities, from nature walks and birdwatching to culinary workshops where you can savor the flavors of farm-to-table cuisine. You can also participate in traditional cultural experiences, immersing yourself in the rich heritage of the region.
Accommodation & Pricing
The farm house is a flagship dwelling of our sustainable living. In order to maintain the serenity of the place without putting any stress on the natural resources, we have only two rooms for our guests. Chiguru has 2 beautiful rooms in the farm, designed uniquely to offer an amazing rural living experience. Each of the rooms also offer privacy and common communal spaces to enjoy a sense of community. The team spent months and months in scouring the villages of rural Karnataka to procure these reusable materials. The compressed mud bricks are made on the farm using the mud from the farm. The result is a very beautiful yet rustic barn, that immediately transports the visitor to a rural setting , yet have access to the simple modern amenities that we are so used to these days.
Both Rooms: We offer two spacious rooms each of which are split into a ground and mezzanine floors and can sleep 4-6 adults comfortably. We take maximum two families at a time for stay.
Pricing for the Rooms:
Rs. 6500 inclusive of taxes for the first night’s stay for a couple (food is included in this cost)
(upto 4 year old kids are complimentary, kids 4-10 at Rs. 1250/head)
Extra person @ Rs. 2113/- (upto 3 additional adults)
Day trips also offered @ Rs. 1300/- (adults above age 11) and Rs. 800/- (kids age 4-10)

At Chiguru by Tenpy homes, we are looking to provide an avenue for everyone to experience the night sky like never before. We conduct special tours around celestial events, that will require planning and reservation as we get specialists in the subject along with specialized high-end equipment for the same.
You can also book a tenpy tiny home, Tiny Rusty or Tiny Timothy, which is on the same property!
