Accommodation & Pricing
The Linger Farm has 4 distinctive cottages around the Estate, designed uniquely to offer amazing views of the nearby hills, paddy fields or just the greens around you. Each of the cottages also offer privacy and lots of open spaces to enjoy a sense of community.
Halemane is a 2 room house – with a master bedroom with a king size bed and a living room with an attic space with a queen sized bed for 2 more. Each of these rooms has a large bathroom as well. You can laze around the wraparound verandah with easy chairs and another table as well.
Pricing for Halemane:
Rs.9400/- for the first night’s stay for a couple
(upto 2 kids under 5 years of age complimentary, kids 5-12 at 50%)
Rs. 13400/- for 4 adults for the first night’s stay.
Subsequent nights at 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% long stay benefit
The Coffee Canopy Cottage is a private space with a verandah. The Hosamane has a Guest Room on the first floor, and a verandah and a large living/dining/working lounge on the ground floor (now with a high speed BSNL fiber internet connection). The Gaddemane overlooks the paddy fields and has 2 independent rooms, each with an attic space with a spare bed as well.
Pricing for all three cottages (Coffee Canopy, Hosamane & Gaddemane):
Rs.7200/- for the 1st night’s stay for a couple
(upto 2 kids under 5 years of age complimentary, kids 5-12 at 50%)
Subsequent nights at 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% long stay benefit.

Activities & Food
Forget that work email behind and focus on breathing the fresh air when you’re in the Western Ghats. Since the space is perfect for families, read like crazy, play carrom or board games all day or just go for short walks around the estate. If bird watching is your thing, we can definitely promise you’ll spot a few rare birds in the few days you spend there. If you want to drive around and explore Coorg, you can check out the Bhagamandala Temple, the Chelavara Falls or even the Nalakanad Palace.
Enjoy the local coorgi cuisine at it’s best at The Linger Farm. From south indian delicacies to home grown coffee, we have you totally covered! We are sure you’ll come back for the food if not for anything else!
