This Tiny House - Container Home is such a treasure tucked away in a forest not too far away from the bustling Bangalore city. We loved every bit of this unique "tiny living" cosy experience - the decor, functional amenities, the tidyness, the homely food prepared by the caretaker, the looking up at the stars at night and most importantly - the fact that we could also have our well-behaved doggo along with us to enjoy the getaway. There are small walking trails, water bodies and a lot of wild greenery to soak in. We loved the wild and natural living with all the facilities u otherwise miss when you campout. We loved that it was a short drive away from home, but still transported us. We loved the peace and quiet with no intrusion - an into the wild experience :)

Rusty is a sanctuary set far enough into the woods to feel like you’ve got the whole world to yourself , yet not far from civilisation. With the current COVID 19 pandemic, I was able to social distance and seclude out in the woods. The container cabin had all the comforts of home. It was clean, cozy and had all the amenities I needed. I enjoyed sitting out on the deck listening to the sounds of the night. Its a perfect getaway to soak in what nature has to give you. Although it rained most of the time I got to walk around the Elephant pond and the natural pool in a quarry. Of course I had my friendly neighbours the birds, the dogs and the lush forest to keep me company! The caretaker was also very helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend Tenpy for a time to immerse into nature to heal, soothe and restore. I had a refreshing and renewing experience. Thank you Tenpy and Rusty ;) Will be back soon.

This is an absolute gem of a place, perfect for a getaway from the busy city life or even the work-from-home life. I was bored of working from the same workspace in my home for the whole lock-down, so when I discovered this place, I jumped at the opportunity to live in the woods for a day. Safe to say, it was everything I imagined! Getting to the location is pretty easy. It took me around an hour to get from Sarjapur road to the place on my bike. I really loved the idea of building a home inside a shipping container. The home itself is very cozy. It has all the basic amenities you'd need to get by. The caretaker is always a phone call away if you need anything. I opted for the paid meals. They served some amazing authentic meals. There are a couple picturesque ponds nearby, so make sure to visit them while the sun hasn't set. As for wildlife, I saw what was maybe a Mongoose and a few wild boars on the way.

Beyond limited expectations, this is an ultimate proposal experience! I had to recognise the outstanding hospitality that was provided by natures stewards. Sitting in the middle of the forest, the night sky draped itself over my head and there was a sudden increase in volume of all the surround sounds of nature trammelling its’ way through the night. What was even better, was, the serenity at the crack of dawn in the middle of the jungle was surreal and an experience that I will take with me for the rest of my life. Tenpy created the perfect opportunity for me to capture new moments in this amazing ambience. I was able to puncture my veins of stress and sleep like I’ve been waiting a long time to just get a good nights rest. Thanks to Tenpy, I finally got the break I needed. Staying at Rusty’s has a way of pampering my mental, physical and spiritual spaces in life which allows me to re-connect with my childhood years. The Good’s and Bad’s had a way of making life interesting to a point where I learned to value and treasure every experiential moment that came my way. Thank you for providing me the perfect getaway, Tenpy! God Bless you as you continue to venture on this mission to provide people a way to connect, dis-connect, and re-connect with life through nature’s therapy session with Tiny Homes in the jungle.

We went for a stay at rusty thinking this will be a normal camping/glamping experience but it was so much more. The comfort of staying in a protected space which is made out of a container was amazing. The big window next to bed was one of the best features of the whole tiny house because it merges the outdoor with the indoor and acted like a natural tv screen for us. The night we stayed there was heavy rain as well and we thought we’d be hearing rain on our roof but the tiny house is designed in such a way that you’re able to get a good night’s rest even when there is heavy rain. The location is beautiful and we saw and heard some amazing birds and wish we had bought our binoculars. The comfort of a clean toilet with a tiny kitchen and queen size bed really made the experience cozy and relaxing. We definitely will come back and try out the other cabins and also highly recommend it!
