That’s why we have paired up with an amazing local chef/baker, whiskeybusiness from Bangalore to bring you three easy to make recipes to satisfy those taste-buds! Tiny Home cooking #1 “S’more Attack!”

Ingredients:
• 4 Graham Crackers/Digestives Biscuits
• 3-4 marshmallows depending on size
• Dark Chocolate Bar
Method (for induction cooking):
• Heat up a non stick pan
• Place 2 Graham crackers on the pan and top with chocolate squares
• Place marshmallows over the Chocolate and reduce heat to low.
• Cover with a lid for 3-4 minutes until the Chocolate and marshmallows melt
• Take the other two crackers and place them on top like a sandwich
• Enjoy!

Tiny Home Cooking #2 “Hot Chocolate for the soul”

Ingredients (serves 1):
• 1 cup of milk (regular, oat, almond)
• Dark Chocolate - 4 to 5 cubes
• Sugar to taste
• A pinch of sea salt or regular salt
• Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
Method (for induction cooking):
• Bring milk to boil
• Add dark chocolate and whisk
• Add sugar, salt, cinnamon powder and stir
• Top with marshmallows or cocoa powder
• Enjoy!

Tiny Home Cooking #3 “Pancake Paradise”

Ingredients (serves 2):
• 1 cup all purpose flour (or 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1/2 cup whole wheat flour)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1-2 tsp sugar
• Cinnamon Powder - 1/4 tsp (optional)
• 1 cup of milk (regular, oat, almond)
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• 1 egg
• Dark Chocolate chips to top the pancakes while they cook.
Method (for induction cooking):
• Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl (flour, salt, baking powder, soda, sugar)
• Add milk, melted butter and egg and whisk until the batter is smooth
• Let the batter rest for 20 minutes and then heat up a pan to medium heat and grease with some butter. • Pour a ladle and a half of batter on to the pan and while the batter is still liquid, add chopped dark chocolate chips.
• Flip the pancake after 2 minutes (should be golden brown)
• Repeat until all the batter is done!
• Top with berries, honey and chocolate chips
• Enjoy!
